此役林書豪上場約32分鐘，12投4中，投籃命中率下滑至3成33，雖然沒能連續5戰投籃命中率維持5成以上，但得到10分寫下連5戰得分雙位數的表現，且傳出許多好球，幫助球隊上半場打完一度取得16分領先。
林書豪單場奪下全場最佳11次助攻，不僅寫下傷後單場最多助攻表現，同時追平個人本季單場最多助攻表現，僅差1次助攻，就能改寫本季單場最佳助攻紀錄。
此外，林書豪在籃板部分也表現優異，搶下8個，與中鋒洛培茲（Brook Lopez）並列全隊最多，僅差2個籃板就能改寫本季個人單場最多9個籃板紀錄。
賽前林書豪4戰上場時間都控制在20至25分鐘，但本戰他上場約32分鐘，且繳出接近「大三元」的表現，由此可見他的狀況逐漸回穩；未來若能改善投籃命中率及降低失誤發生，有望繳出更好成績。
上半場籃網取得16分領先，主要在於團隊三分球20投9中，優於勇士的18投4中；其中勇士後衛柯瑞（Stephen Curry）手感不佳三分球8投僅1中，上半場打完勇士49：65落後。
下半場勇士甦醒，在防守端有效壓制籃網攻勢，迫使對方發生18次失誤，其中第三節發生11次失誤，讓勇士有機可趁，不僅將分數追平，終場還以117：101贏球，拿下6連勝。
本戰籃網一度領先16分，最終卻慘遭勇士逆轉，關鍵在於下半場沒能保持上半場水準，而且防守端毛病未改，加上全場團隊發生26次失誤，是勇士13次失誤的一倍，因此沒能守住勝果。
柯瑞上場約33分鐘，19投6中，投籃命中率3成16，得15分，有2籃板、7助攻、5抄截，但有2次失誤。
